Job Description:
Apogee North Texas is hiring a Montessori-inspired Guide for our 4-7 studio. Small studio. Mixed‑age. Parent-partnered. Three days a week.
Lead a 4-7 mixed‑age studio. Prepare the environment. Guide child‑led work. Teach early literacy and math with hands‑on materials. Run the day.
You might be a great fit if- You’re Montessori trained, certified, or experienced.
- You’ve worked mixed‑age.
- You have an early childhood or elementary background.
- You’re a classroom teacher ready for something different.
- You believe young children are wildly capable when given ownership.
- Prepare and run a Montessori‑inspired environment.
- Guide child‑led work, hands‑on literacy, hands‑on math.
- Coach kids on goals, responsibility, and self‑direction.
- Partner with engaged parents.
Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. August through May. Calendar mirrors Argyle ISD.
Pay$25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.

- Familiarity with project‑based learning (preferred)
- Experience with Waseca (preferred)
