Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. You will have the opportunity to create a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children.

Hourly pay: $13‑$16 per hour. Full‑time position.

• Lead a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate Pre‑K classroom.
• Support the classroom team in delivering high‑quality, Christ‑centered care and instruction.
• Contribute to child learning, growth, and advancement through lesson planning and classroom activities.
• Assist in lesson planning according to teaching materials and students' English level.
• Maintain a nurturing and respectful classroom environment.

• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or higher preferred; teaching certification acceptable.
• Experience teaching preschool or early childhood education.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under the direction of the Academy Lead Teacher.
• Commitment to nurturing children's curiosity, creativity, and compassion.
