Coram Deo Academy, a Christian, Classical, Collaborative school with three campuses serving students from Pre‑K through 12th grade, is seeking a Christ‑centered, visionary Headmaster to lead our faculty, staff and students at our Flower Mound campus. We want a strong leader who will serve as the head academic and spiritual leader of the campus while advancing daily operations and the development of students and faculty.

Coram Deo Academy hires individuals who profess the historic Christian faith and must have a profession of faith in Jesus Christ. Additionally, the Nicene Creed describes the minimum understanding of our Christian belief and is required to be agreed to by employees of the Academy. As evidence of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in their lives, the Academy expects all employees to be actively involved in a local church where their faith, in practice, is consistent with the Academy’s mission and statement of faith.
Key Responsibilities Headmaster Leadership Duties- Implement the vision of CDA on the Flower Mound campus and provide effective leadership, inspiring and motivating those engaged in teaching and learning.
- Promote and model CDA’s mission, vision, and values, and successfully implement current CDA policies and procedures.
- Build a culture within the vision of CDA that takes into account the Christ‑centered approach to education and mentoring.
- Create a learning environment in which the resources of CDA are effectively managed to secure the achievement of excellence by both staff and students.
- Manage the day‑to‑day responsibilities of the Flower Mound campus faculty and staff, campus resources, and buildings.
- Foster engagement and partnerships with the Flower Mound CDA community, including employees, current and prospective families, and alumni.
- Delineate appropriate priorities for expenditures, allocating funds effectively within the context of the campus budget and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CDA Board to manage agreed‑upon budget expectations, ensuring effective administration and financial health is achieved.
- Support and lead initiatives to secure additional resources to enhance campus operations.
- Master’s degree required.
- Doctorate degree preferred.
- Experience recruiting and deploying staff and managing large staff and faculty groups.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Experience with a classical, Christian education environment a plus.
- Experience with a University Model learning environment a plus.
