They are seeking Financial Advisors who will focus on building new client relationships while delivering comprehensive planning and advisory services to an established base of small- to mid-sized clients. This role provides the opportunity to work with firm-generated leads, strengthen existing relationships, and play a key part in supporting the firm’s continued growth.
This role does not require you to transition a book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and convert new client relationships through firm-generated leads, referrals, and personal networking efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships by delivering a high-touch, client-first experience.
- Lead the financial planning process for assigned clients, including data gathering, analysis, plan development, and implementation support.
- Partner with senior advisors to support complex client cases, strategy discussions, and ongoing service needs.
- Conduct regular client review meetings to monitor progress, update plans, and identify additional planning opportunities.
- Identify cross-planning opportunities across retirement, tax strategies, estate considerations, risk management, and investment planning.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, notes, and planning documentation within CRM and planning software.
- Participate in business development initiatives, community events, and professional networking opportunities to enhance the firm’s visibility.
- Consistently track activity, pipeline progress, and results to build a measurable record of growth and production.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, and other partners) to deliver coordinated planning solutions.
- Maintain a full-time, on-site presence and uphold business-professional standards.
- Take ownership of client outcomes while contributing to the firm’s culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 3–5 years of financial planning and/or investment advisory experience preferred, ideally with high-net-worth clients.
- Active Series 65 or 66 required; clean U4/U5 history.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial success.
- Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) with matching.
- Collaborative, growth-focused culture with ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Environment centered on client-first service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
