Our client, one of the fastest-growing RIAs in North Texas, is expanding its advisory team and is seeking motivated wealth management professionals who are ready to transition into a more client-facing Financial Advisor role.

If you've built a strong planning foundation and are ready to take ownership of client relationships, this role provides the mentorship, infrastructure, and opportunity to grow.

No existing book of business is required. Rather than spending your time cold prospecting, you'll work with firm-generated opportunities, internal referrals, and existing client relationships, allowing you to focus on what matters most—building trust, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and creating exceptional client experiences.

• Transition into a lead Financial Advisor role while receiving mentorship from experienced advisors.
• Conduct discovery meetings and develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Present recommendations and guide clients through implementation.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct annual and ongoing client review meetings.
• Identify planning opportunities across retirement, investments, tax-efficient strategies, insurance, and estate planning coordination.
• Collaborate with senior advisors, planners, CPAs, and attorneys to deliver holistic planning solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and financial planning documentation.
• Track client engagement and planning activities while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• 2–4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory.
• Experience supporting affluent or high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Active Series 65 or Series 66 (or ability to obtain quickly).
• CFP® designation or CFP® coursework is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Passion for building long‑term client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial advice.
