Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink.;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with inquiries.;
Conduct makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.;
Study and practice Skill Certification requirements and complete as many skill sets as appropriate within the time frame set by Ulta Beauty and MAC.;
Stay informed on promotions and training, inform guests about promotions and initiatives, and participate in in-store events and promotions.
