Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and become a vital part of transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral therapy. In this energetic role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. • Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings
• Collect accurate and detailed data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Follow behavior intervention plans, including reinforcement, prompting, and redirection strategies
• Assist in developing daily session notes and maintaining documentation requirements
• Communicate progress, challenges, and observations to supervising BCBAs
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Support generalization of skills across environments through play-based and naturalistic teaching
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with BACB guidelines and Pedia Plex expectations

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain-Pedia Plex provides training!)
• High school diploma required;
  Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children, especially in special education or behavior therapy, is a plus
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to accept supervision, implement feedback, and work collaboratively

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to move frequently: sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, bend, etc.
• Adequate vision and hearing to observe behavior and track data
• Ability to use tablets, computers, and therapy materials
• Ability to drive/travel between multiple locations (if necessary).
