Thrive Behavior Centers is a locally owned company, founded in 2020. The Behavior Technician (BT) is a valued part of our team and the clients therapy team. As such the BT is responsible for providing direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our clients are amazing children ages two to ten who have been diagnosed with Autism and need some extra care from someone like you who will help them prepare to engage and navigate the world throughout their lifetime.

Here at Thrive Behavior Center, you will have the ability to positively impact lives forever. The support and care you provide to these children will create an amazing change in their lives in ways that you will celebrate together with them, but also in ways that you will not see as they get older, but may hear stories about how someone like you impacted the life of someone with Autism.
