The Vein Clinic of Dallas is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Ultrasound Technologist (RVT/RVS) to join our growing team.

As an important member of our clinical team, you will perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations and help provide the information needed to guide patient care and treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:- Performing high-quality venous duplex ultrasound examinations, including reflux studies and venous mapping.
- Producing accurate diagnostic images and measurements in accordance with established MD protocols
- Working closely with the physician and clinical staff to support patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Communicating with patients in a professional, compassionate, and reassuring manner throughout their visit
- Providing patients with appropriate information and education regarding the ultrasound process and their care
- Accurately documenting studies and patient information within the electronic medical record - eClinical Works
- Maintaining ultrasound equipment and following applicable safety, quality, and infection-control standards
The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, thorough knowledge of venous anatomy/venous insufficiency pathophysiology and enjoys working closely with both patients and a collaborative clinical team.
Qualifications include:- Current RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) credentials
- Experience performing venous ultrasound examinations, including reflux studies and comprehensive vein mapping including, venous tributaries, neovascularization, recanalization and perforator veins.
- A strong commitment to image quality and accurate documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, patient-centered clinical setting
- Comfort working with electronic medical record systems; experience with eClinical
Works is helpful but not required
