• Effectively lead your center to ensure client and employee wellbeing.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills that align with TBC’s mission and core values.
  • Oversee, evaluate, and optimize clinical staff (Clinical Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, Behavior Analyst Interns, etc.) morale, performance, retention, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Develop and/or oversee the development of regular, relevant, and effective ABA employee training to increase the therapeutic competency of all clinical staff.
