About

The Role

The HR Generalist supports day-to-day Human Resources functions across different regions. This role serves as a key partner to employees and managers, delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, leave of absence management, performance management, and HR programs.

The HR Generalist ensures consistent application of HR policies and practices while maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws.

This full-time role requires working in the office located in Flower Mound, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers a number of key areas, including but not limited to the following:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding across regions.
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, programs, and employee relations matters escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with performance management, employee development, and talent management processes.
  • Partner with Head of Human Resources to deliver efficient HR operations and improve HR processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organization.
  • Supports and coordinates the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate leave management processes, including medical, parental, disability, and other protected leaves.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Generate HR reports and workforce metrics to support business decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of human resources experience in a generalist role with strong foundational understanding of basic employment laws and standards.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Preferred

Active SHRM or PHR certification is highly desired.

  • Proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR technologies.
  • Data analysis and HR reporting capabilities.
  • Project coordination and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Work effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
