Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for a bilingual Human Resources Manager to support a fast-paced operation in Flower Mound, TX
. This is a hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys working closely with employees and leadership while managing a broad range of HR responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the day-to-day HR resource for employees and leadership
• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance issues, discipline, and terminations
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary employees
• Oversee relationships with staffing agencies and temporary workforce needs
• Manage payroll/timekeeping, HRIS administration, benefits, leave, and workers' compensation
• Support performance reviews, compensation programs, HR reporting, and workforce analytics
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and OSHA-related HR documentation
• Support employee engagement, training, recognition programs, and workplace events

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of broad Human Resources experience
• HRIS and payroll system experience
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Distribution, warehouse, or similar operational environment experience strongly preferred
