IT​/Tech Technician, Electronics Technician

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. This role involves repairing, modifying, and changing parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units. Flower Mound is a vibrant community known for its high quality of life, excellent schools, and beautiful parks.

• Use soldering equipment for through-hole and surface-mount soldering and de-soldering.
• Perform component-level soldering repair.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs (printed circuit boards) at the component level.
• Disassemble and reassemble electronic devices, specifically 2-way radios, and repair small component parts.

• 2 years of experience in through-hole and surface-mount soldering and de-soldering.
• Manual hand dexterity is required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating computer applications (e.g., MS Office and OLP system).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; training will be conducted in English.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus.
• No heavy lifting required; this role involves working with small electronic equipment such as 2-way radios.
