Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and correspondence

• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop litigation strategy

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and trial preparation

• Manage multiple case files and deadlines simultaneously

• Stay abreast of changes in commercial litigation laws and legal trends

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Texas Bar (or eligibility through reciprocity)

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial litigation at a top-tier law firm

• Preferred background includes law review, journal, moot court, or trial team

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
