As a Project Manager, you’ll run 3–4 residential remodels, additions, or custom home builds at a time. You’ll guide each project from pre-construction to punch list, ensuring every detail is accounted for and every stakeholder stays informed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all site activity to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on-brand
• Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections with confidence and clarity
• Keeping project documentation (Job Tread) up to date: schedules, logs, change orders, photos
• Leading pre-construction meetings, walkthroughs, and weekly client updates
• Ensuring jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism reflect our brand values
• Communicating changes, needs, or issues clearly and proactively to clients and internal teams
• Maintaining calm control even when challenges arise—and solving problems with poise

• You’re detail-oriented and process-driven. You like systems, checklists, and order.
• You communicate clearly and consistently—with clients, crews, and leadership.

• Experience in high-end residential remodeling or custom home construction.
• Familiarity with Job Tread or similar construction management software.
• A history of creating “raving fan” clients through clear communication and clean execution.
