** What You Will Do*
* + Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts

+ Define and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

+ Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniques

+ Assign and manage project resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables

+ Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plans

+ Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection

+ Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development

+ Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs, managing critical paths, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

** What You Will Need*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field

+ Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience

+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines

+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

+ Previous medical device industry experience

+

Experience with software project management and experience with AI technology

+ Experience collaborating with international partners across the business

+ Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments

$112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
