Project Manager – Communications
Join a team focused on delivering complex healthcare equipment installation projects that support customer operations across the healthcare continuum. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through completion, coordinating resources, managing schedules and budgets, and partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are executed according to scope, timeline, and quality requirements.
Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Dallas-FT Worth or Lubbock, TX, as this role provides on-site support across the DFW and West Texas region and spends approximately 60% of the time in the field.
What You Will Do
- Lead complex healthcare equipment installation projects from project charter development through final project completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, forecasts, and work breakdown structures to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project execution, evaluate project tradeoffs, and communicate schedule adjustments resulting from product, installation, or customer-driven changes.
- Manage project budgets, track costs against approved plans, and support budget forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and coordinate internal and external resources to address issues impacting project delivery.
- Facilitate customer kickoff meetings and provide ongoing project updates to customers, vendors, engineering teams, sales partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate installation scoping activities, engineering reviews, documentation management, and project readiness requirements to support successful installations.
- Assign project actions, track stakeholder accountability, and mentor Associate Project Managers and less-tenured Project Managers through project planning and execution activities.
- Ability to support On-site management during installations, including wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE).
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree; OR Associate's degree with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience; OR high school diploma with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, scope, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholder groups, including customers, vendors, and internal business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with in healthcare, medical device, healthcare technology, construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Experience in construction processes, construction schedules, trade coordination, site readiness requirements, facility renovation activities, or construction project coordination.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing large-volume and complex capital installation projects.
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
- US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
