Production Planner Assistant

This position is for the role of a Production Planner Assistant based in the Lewisville, TX office. The Production Planner Assistant will ensure that all production objectives are met to satisfy company requirements. This role supports the production team by performing daily tasks such as checking parts, running MRP, reviewing purchase orders, conducting some purchasing, confirming production orders, processing shipment orders, communicating with the sales team, and completing any other assigned tasks.

• Ensure all production objectives align with company requirements.
• Support the production team with daily tasks.
• Check parts daily and run MRP.
• Review and confirm purchase orders.
• Conduct some purchasing activities.
• Confirm and process production orders for shipment.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team.
• Complete any additional assigned tasks.

• Experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with Order Management software, SAP preferred.
• Competency with computers and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Dynamics.
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to thrive without direction from a supervisor.
• Capability to succeed in high‑pressure situations.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

The role is based in an office setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
