We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Material Handler 2 to join our team for the 1st shift. This role involves handling materials with precision and care, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Load and unload trucks with precision and care.
• Perform repeated and consistent heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Verify incoming and outgoing unit counts and unit condition.
• Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels.
• Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production.
• Enter data into systems via PC and RF handheld devices.
• Perform tasks in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals at 80% or higher.
• Put away and pull equipment and/or parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Use material handling equipment such as a pallet jack effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in picking and packing.
• Proficiency in material handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

• Willingness to cross-train in other departments as needed during low work volume.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

The work environment is non-climate controlled but remains very clean and organized. You will be working the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The facility is metal-free, ensuring a safe and efficient work experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Flower Mound, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
