Ruffle Butts is looking for a creative, organized, and relationship-driven Influencer & Ambassador Coordinator to support our influencer marketing efforts, manage the Ruffle Butts Ambassador Program, and assist our Social Media Manager with content creation and photoshoots. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility and is perfect for someone who loves social media, understands creator culture, and thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Ambassador Marketing
- Support and help manage the Ruffle Butts Ambassador Program, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing engagement
- Assist with identifying, vetting, and coordinating partnerships with social media influencers and creators
- Help track influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
- Maintain organized records of influencer contracts, usage rights, and content assets
- Collect, categorize, and disseminate ambassador content to the wider organization
Content & Social Media Support
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content planning and execution across platforms
- Assist with day‑to‑day content creation, including short‑form video ideas, captions, and trend research
- Attend and help support social media content creation at photoshoots
- Coordinate content collection from influencers and ambassadors for organic and paid social use
Creative & Marketing Support
- Help Social Media Manager with the execution of content creation such as video or product photography
- Assist with brainstorming creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Help ensure brand voice and visual consistency across influencer and social content
- Support other marketing projects as needed, including product launches and promotions
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok, & Pinterest preferred)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable communicating with creators, influencers, and internal teams
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends, visuals, and storytelling
- Experience with content creation, photoshoots, and ambassador programs is key
- Passion for lifestyle, fashion, or children’s brands is a bonus
