Meet RockPointe Church

?? RockPointe Church is a multi‑campus church based in Flower Mound, Texas, centered on a clear mission: to love God fully while making “more and better followers of Christ.” With services across two campuses (three miles from one another) and a wide range of ministries, the church emphasizes biblical teaching, worship, and community connection for people in every stage of life. From children and students to adults and families, RockPointe offers structured environments like small groups, discipleship programs, and care ministries designed to help individuals grow spiritually and build meaningful relationships.

At its core, RockPointe aims to be a place where people can belong and take next steps in their faith, whether that’s through serving locally and globally, joining a group, or participating in church life beyond Sundays. The church places a strong focus on church planting with a goal of planting and supporting 50 churches in the next 10 years. Furthermore, RockPointe is embarking on a new chapter through the Opening Doors initiative.

This season is dedicated to pursuing deeper faith, intentional discipleship, and sacrificial generosity, all aimed at fostering a more significant impact locally and across the globe. Overall, RockPointe presents itself as a welcoming, mission‑driven church seeking to develop committed followers of Jesus through intentional discipleship and relational community.

About the Men’s Minister

The Men’s Minister at RockPointe Church plays a central role in shepherding and discipling the men of the church, helping them grow in their faith while building a strong, authentic community. This role is deeply relational, focused on connecting men to biblical community through intentional outreach and inreach efforts. From mentoring one‑on‑one to leading group environments like Bible studies and coffee groups, the Men’s Minister is responsible for creating pathways for men to engage, grow spiritually, and become disciple‑makers themselves.

In addition to pastoral care, the Men’s Minister provides strategic leadership by overseeing programming, events, and ministry direction. This includes leading key initiatives such as Men’s Night, developing leaders, managing ministry operations, and collaborating with other church staff to support the broader mission. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a strong theological foundation, a heart for discipleship, and the ability to teach, lead, and connect with men across all stages of life—all while modeling the values and mission of RockPointe Church.
