RockPointe Church in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Church Planting Resident to launch a gospel-centered congregation after two years. This residency uses the Men’s Ministry as training ground, coaching leaders, and multiplying disciples.
You will develop strategy, recruit core teams, participate in planting assessments, and learn fundraising to build donor networks. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in ministry, a clear call to plant autonomous churches within 24 months, and a shepherd’s heart.
