Registered Nurse, RN; PRN

Overview

Clear Sky Rehabilitation Hospital in Flower Mound, TX, is seeking full‑time day‑shift and PRN registered nurses. Shift requirements are 12‑hour days, 7‑7. Full‑time nurses work three shifts per week with rotating weekend expectations; PRN nurses must provide a minimum of four shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday during the summer and winter seasons.

• Deliver clinical care comparable to a medical‑surgical unit in a post-acute setting.
• Provide intensive care for stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopaedic, and complex medical patients.
• Manage intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy procedures, and comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes and drains.
• Assist with patient mobility and support, and collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support optimal recovery in a healing environment through patient‑centered, high‑quality care.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; acute‑care experience preferred.
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
