Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in adult patients.
- Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health screenings.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Internal Medicine or related field.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN or AANP).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in internal medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
