Cantex Continuing Care Network in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Full Time RN to join the Skilled Nursing team role includes providing patient care, observing and reporting condition changes, and documenting in EMR per policies.
Shift coverage includes 2:00pm–10:00pm weekdays and weekend doubles in the facility. The RN will administer medications as prescribed, execute physician orders, and coordinate care plans while ensuring quality care across the care team.
