Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Required 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred Previous Charge Nurse experience is preferred RN
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And BCLS
- Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And NRP
- Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required And NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required And STABLE Program 90 Days Required And CPI
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care.
