Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; PMHNP; Interventional Psychiatry

Neuro Glow is a psychiatrist-led interventional psychiatry practice specializing in advanced treatments for patients with treatment-resistant depression and other complex mood disorders. Across our DFW clinics, we provide Spravato® (esketamine), IV ketamine therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and other emerging mental health treatments.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

This position will begin at approximately 24 hours per week
, with opportunities for additional hours and psychiatric evaluations as patient volume grows.

• Provide clinical oversight for Spravato® treatments in accordance with REMS requirements
• Oversee IV ketamine treatment protocols in collaboration with our clinical team
• Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and ongoing clinical appropriateness
• Develop and update treatment plans within your scope of practice
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and clinic operations staff
• Help maintain Neuro Glow's high standards for patient safety and patient experience

• Active Texas APRN license
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Experience treating patients with mood and anxiety disorders
• Comfortable working with complex and treatment-resistant psychiatric presentations
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Collaborative and patient-centered approach to care
• Interest in interventional psychiatry

Experience with
Spravato®, ketamine therapy, TMS, or other interventional psychiatric treatments is preferred but not required. We can train the right psychiatric provider on Neuro Glow's treatment protocols and workflows.

$75/hour

Approximately 24 scheduled hours per week
, with opportunities for additional clinical hours and responsibilities as the practice continues to grow.

Location: Neuro Glow - Flower Mound, TX

Work setting: In person, with potential for some remote psychiatric evaluations in the future
