Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

For this position, you will assist with freight flow, backroom organization, sales floor replenishment, and price changes. It requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency.

• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assemble product, execute markdowns, and replenish the sales floor.
• Provide support for profitable sales, protect company assets, and enforce the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat co‑workers and customers respectfully and professionally upon entering the sales floor; support company branding by adhering to the dress code.
• Maintain high commitment and demonstrate support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative during each shift to ensure shipments are processed effectively and timely.
• Report to work with a professional, positive, can‑do attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values that support the Be GREAT Selling Model.

• No experience necessary, stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented, and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook, and Manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet business needs of the store, often early mornings and off hours.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Good at climbing ladders.
• Ability to lift and move bulky merchandise regularly.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor regularly.
