Target - 5959 Long Prairie Road - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment;
Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom;
Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales; remerchandise as items sell;
Maintain a full floorpad through priority fills and replenishment, and manage backroom organization for guest requests;
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up with compliance to safety policies
