Sales Representative

$50K Base + $30K Expected Commissions in Year One
Full-Time | In-Office | Warm Inbound Leads

Want to sell something that helps people save money and build wealth?
We’re an established and growing tax advisory firm working primarily with high-earning real estate professionals — and we’re not your typical CPA shop. We offer proactive tax planning that helps clients keep thousands more of what they earn.

Thanks to our strong marketing (Facebook ads, Linked In, email campaigns), we generate a steady stream of warm inbound leads — mostly realtors — who qualify for free strategy sessions. Now we need a sharp, driven Sales Rep to guide those prospects through the process and close the sale.

• Take scheduled strategy sessions with inbound leads (no cold calling).
• Ask smart questions, understand each prospect’s tax challenges, and present our advisory services.
• Handle the full sales cycle — from intro to close — using a proven framework and tools
• Work closely with the tax team to ensure a smooth client handoff.

• 1–3 years of sales, account management, or inside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills — especially on Zoom and phone.
• Confidence, coachability, and a desire to win.
• Bonus: experience working with realtors or small business owners.

• $50K base + $30K+ realistic commissions in your first year
