Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Sales Representative to join our team. As a Lead Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and exceeding sales targets. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned and new customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize sales processes.
  • Direct the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions that are aligned with clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and effective product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches, ensuring the sales team is well-informed and equipped for success.
  • Must be willing to cold call, email, and meet propects
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Solid customer service attitude with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License
