Role involves joining a leasing team at one of Avalon Bay s apartment communities and managing daily leasing operations to ensure residents experience luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant, you will help residents find the best place to call home, tailoring tours to individual preferences and guiding prospects from lead to lease. Weekend availability is required, with Saturdays being a high-traffic time for prospective residents.

• Deliver incredible customer service to create a sense of community and provide a spectacular experience for new residents.
• Apply sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media activity to foster community enthusiasm for Avalon Bay.
• Follow through with prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored updates, from preferred floor plans to local amenities and recent openings.
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to help residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
