• $20–$24/hour (depending on experience)

• Execute Quality Installs: Lead hands-on installation of sod, plant materials, drainage networks, and low-voltage landscape lighting systems.
• Manage the Field: Be the “boots on the ground” team lead—walk job sites, run quality control, and keep equipment maintained.
• Keep Crew Organized: Help structure routes, manage employee schedules, and keep the team on task.
• Problem Solve: Handle staff or customer issues on the fly and turn them into wins.
• Lead & Train: Train your crew, keep turnover low, and ensure everything is packed and ready for the next day.

• Set the Example: Show up on time, every time, and set the standard for the crew.
• Hit the Budget: Keep jobs profitable by managing the time planned versus actual hours spent.
• Maintain high quality control so we rarely have to go back and redo a job.
• Fully utilize our software, apps, and company processes to get the job done right.

• Proven Experience: Strong background in landscape installation, including specific knowledge of sod laying, planting, subsurface drainage, and landscape lighting systems

  Skills:
  
  Minor irrigation troubleshooting/repair and concrete/masonry experience are a major plus.
• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or similar service industries.
• Clean driving record and solid experience pulling/driving a trailer.
• Ability to commute to the shop in Roanoke, TX
  .
• Willingness to complete training for required certifications and licenses within 6 months.
