We are a growing company with a vision. We are based in Flower Mound, TX with 18 years in the industry. Established and well-known for Reliable and Professional Swimming Pool Service and Repair. Our goal is to expand into new areas to be one of DFW's well‑known trusted and honest leading Service/Repair Pool Specialists.

We are seeking a motivated person to work and help our company expand and grow. Looking for a responsible, friendly, and dependable person to clean and repair pools. You must be willing to work in variable weather, be able to lift and carry up to 100lbs, have a positive attitude, make a good appearance, and have good communication skills. Pool experience is helpful.

However, we will train a candidate.

This will be a great opportunity for a self‑motivated, meticulous, hard worker to learn a trade. There will also be the opportunity to get your CPO certification and more training.

We provide the chemicals and all the cleaning equipment for you to do the work. And a truck to use.

The pool route comprises 50+ pools a week. 10 to 12 pools max a day for 5 days. Year‑round work, Mon‑Fri 7:45 - 5:00 pm each week. No weekend work.

Job Duties / Daily Responsibilities
  • Clean swimming pools and filtration based on our standard operating procedures
  • Maintain customer records of services performed
  • Test pool chemicals and add or maintain chemicals levels
  • Skim debris from the water's surface, brush the sides and bottom of the pool, and vacuum dirt and debris from the pool floor
  • Perform other routine maintenance tasks, such as back washing filters
  • Filter Cleans
  • Advise customers on best preventative maintenance practices
  • Troubleshooting pool circulation
  • Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and organized vehicle and job site
  • Ensure and uphold the company's policy of a superior, high level of customer service is being provided to all customers
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Working knowledge of general plumbing and/or electrical
  • Swimming pool water chemistry maintenance experience is a plus. Otherwise, the tech can go through a short training by an experienced tech. The experienced techs will be available to answer any questions if required while on the field.
  • Working hours are Mon‑Fri from 7:45 - 5:00 pm on weekdays. Optional for Saturday work as needed during peak season.

  • Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) is Nice to have

  • We pay at or above industry standards. Compensation is based upon experience and qualifications.
