Surface Experts Technician

Do you like working with your hands and enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! We are looking for someone who is comfortable using their creativity to problem-solve repairs, works well independently, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and represents the company well with customers, while working on repairs that typically take less than an hour.

• Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors: familiarity with color and color-matching is integral to our process.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• In the field daily: generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

• Within 24 hours: a live team member will reach out to all applicants
• Within 48 hours: we'll schedule an in-person interview
• Within 7 days: the hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
