Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced People Soft API Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations connecting People Soft applications to internal systems, cloud applications, and third-party platforms. This role focuses specifically on the integration layer, including service operations, queues, routings, transformations, security configurations, and error handling. The ideal candidate will combine deep hands‑on Integration Broker experience with broader People Tools knowledge and a strong understanding of API and integration design patterns.

In this role you will work closely with cross‑functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well‑engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of People Soft development experience, with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
• Hands‑on experience designing and developing REST and SOAP web services in People Soft.
• Solid People Code and Application Engine experience.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with web service security standards (WS‑Security, OAuth2).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the People Soft data model.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (OIC, Mule Soft, Boomi) is a strong plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting People Soft upgrades and patches.

• People Soft certifications.
• Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Exposure to event‑driven integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling for People Soft.
• Strong understanding of API management concepts.
