Job Title:

Warehouse Associate, Paying between $18 - $19/hr, APPLY NOW!!!

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This role involves working closely with the Manager to ensure efficient processing and distribution of merchandise within the warehouse.

• Generate manifests for dispatch and confirm customer and stock orders.
• Interpret various warehouse documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Open cartons, sort merchandise, and relocate items from receiving or production areas to designated locations.
• Organize and place merchandise on racks, shelves, totes, or bins following a pre‑determined sequence.
• Prepare products for distribution within facilities.
• Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
• Experience in warehouse operations, including material handling, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ability to use an RF scanner.
• Capability to walk at a fast pace for 8‑12 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Comfortable working at heights using a 12ft staircase ladder.

This position is based in a non‑climate controlled warehouse environment. Work is tracked individually, but tasks are completed among a team of people. No cellphones, smart watches, or other electronics are permitted in the warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
