Inventory Control Coordinator

Likewize is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Flower Mound distribution center. This role is the perfect first step for someone who’s organized, detail‑oriented and excited to learn how inventory operations work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. As our Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, our reports on track, and daily tasks running smoothly.

• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation
• Assist with inventory reports, KPIs, and tracking using Excel
• Work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor to support inventory accuracy
• Partner closely with the Inventory Manager and team members across locations
• Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Follow established processes while looking for ways to improve efficiency

• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Strong skills in organization, communication, and attention to detail
• A self‑starter mindset with a willingness to learn
• Someone comfortable splitting time between a cubicle and the warehouse floor when needed

• Hands‑on experience in warehouse inventory
