** Likewize is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Flower Mound distribution center. This role is the perfect first step for someone who's organized, detail-oriented and excited to learn how inventory operations work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As our Inventory Control Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, our reports on track, and daily tasks running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, light data analysis, and being part of a collaborative team, you'll thrive in this role.
** Your Key Areas of Focus
*** Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation
* Assist with inventory reports, KPIs, and tracking using Excel
* Work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor to support inventory accuracy
* Partner closely with the Inventory Manager and team members across locations
* Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
* Follow established processes while looking for ways to improve efficiency
** What We're Looking For
*** A high school diploma or GED
* Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
* Strong skills in organization, communication, and attention to detail
* A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn
* Someone comfortable splitting time between a cubicle and the warehouse floor when needed
