Outbound Logistics Clerk

Likewize is searching for an Outbound Logistics Clerk to join our Shipping & Receiving team onsite at our Flower Mound distribution center.

This entry‑level role is a gateway into supply chain for a customer‑focused, strong communicator eager to learn and grow.

In this role, you’ll keep outbound orders on track, share updates, and make sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You’ll be the bridge between the warehouse and sales teams to help deliver a smooth customer experience from pick to ship.

• Be the go‑to for the warehouse and sales team, keeping everyone on the same page with outbound orders
• Work closely with shipping and receiving coordinators to check where orders are and what’s coming next
• Release and drop daily outbound orders so the warehouse can get to work
• Pull order allocations from the system and make sure everything is ready to go
• Prep and organize daily paperwork for fulfillment pickers
• Keep an eye on order progress and flag updates or issues as they arise
• Share order status updates with sales teams through clear, professional emails
• Help catch potential order issues early so orders stay on track and customers stay satisfied

• A customer‑service oriented mindset – building trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable writing professional, prompt emails
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Excel
• Organized, adaptable, team‑oriented in a fast‑paced logistics environment
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow
• Willingness to help the Shipping & Receiving team on the warehouse floor when needed
• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Previous professional experience in a warehouse and/or sales environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of ERP/WMS systems

Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10‑minute commute to Dallas‑Fort Worth International Airport. We take pride in the onsite amenities we provide for our distribution center team, including a climate‑controlled work environment; a beverage station offering coffee, tea, and filtered ice and water;

multiple vending machines featuring snacks, meals, and beverages; and individual lockers for storing personal belongings.
