Warehouse Associates / Merchandise Processors - Flower Mound, TX

Pay: $15/hr (Paid Weekly)

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 6:00 am - 4:30pm

We are hiring Warehouse Associates / Merchandise Processors for a distribution environment in Flower Mound, TX. In this role, you will assist with merchandise processing, inventory handling, order fulfillment, and shipping preparation. • Load and unload merchandise from conveyor belts and pallets
• Unpack, sort, count, and stage products for picking
• Pick and place products into totes accurately
• Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Audit and verify orders before shipping
• Resolve shortages and locate missing items
• Process orders for monogramming, packing, and shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• At least 3 months of warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
• Comfortable working in loud, non-temperature-controlled environments
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
