Warehouse Supervisor

Job Type: Short-term contract (approx. 4 months). Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM CST. Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of telecommunications equipment and materials.
• Manage inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals.
• Implement process improvements for logistics and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments on orders, shipments, and inventory needs.
• Prepare reports on operational metrics for senior management.
• Resolve issues related to equipment or employee safety promptly.
• Develop strategies to improve overall productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring activities for warehouse staff.
• Support projects aimed at enhancing telecommunications logistics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or operations management.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency with warehouse or operational software tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to handle changing priorities while meeting goals.
