** Community Relations Associate
** is part of the Falcons new
*** SOAR Associate Leadership Development Program***. This 12-month cohort-style program will provide ongoing, meaningful opportunities for professional development, exposure, and the ability to develop skills critical to the Associate’s future career growth while contributing to our mission of delivering championship teams on and off the field. Positions are offered in numerous departments across football and business operations. Target hires are early talent seeking entry-level opportunities in the sports and entertainment industry.

Our 2026 SOAR program will run from May 2026 through April 2027.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Community Relations events, programs, and initiatives, including NFL and club community impact efforts.
* Assist with the coordination and execution of community appearances and events featuring Atlanta Falcons talent, ensuring seamless logistics and a positive experience for partners and fans.
