Supply Chain Business Analyst - Permanent/Direct Hire position
We are looking for a local BA with ERP, supply chain tool, and system implementation experience. This is a permanent & full-time position with our direct client. This is a newly added position to support the implementation of a new Manufacturing Execution System. Please read full requirements below and apply if you are still interested!
Bonus: 10% - based on company performance
Location: Must be local & able to drive to the Flowery Branch area. This is a varying Hybrid schedule depending on meetings scheduled (i.e., one week at 1 day in office and 4 days in office the next week).
Travel: Will need to travel 2-3X per month to plants for implementations. Plants are located from TX to NC.

Interview: 3 rounds
Total Employees: ~25,000 with 20+ locations
Requirements & Preferences- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing software/hardware solutions, such as ERP systems, supply‑chain planning tools, WMS, EDI/Biz Talk, and SQL Server
- Must have manufacturing experience
- Food/ Beverage Manufacturing is ideal - Must have supply chain tool experience and understand supply chain- Knowing how to do sales forecasting, operations planning, understand capacity, scheduling, production
- Must have ERP experience
, Infor M3 is ideal - Will also work as a traditional BA in Requirements gathering, documentation, working with stakeholders, and working across company functions such as: HR, Finance, Sales
- Must have Excel and basic SQL
- Supply chain tool Out Perform is ideal
- Will be working on the Supply Chain team within the ERP team
