Samaritans Purse is looking for OCC Processing Center Assistants to serve as seasonal warehouse leads in our Operation Christmas Child Processing Center. The role involves managing the daily operations of the processing center, coordinating staff and volunteer activities, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the safe handling of shipments.

• Manage setup and teardown of the OCC processing center
• Work with local vendors to create a hospitable environment for staff and volunteers
• Maintain accurate processing center supply inventory
• Coordinate staff and volunteer parking with local government, businesses, and vendors
• Perform building maintenance tasks as needed
• Oversee the shipping and receiving of processing center kits and other supplies
• Attend weekly logistics meetings
• Supervise and direct the work of the preseason and postseason teams (5-10 associates)

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Warehouse management and forklift experience (current certification preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Forklift and scissor lift certifications (preferred)
• Pass a skills test, social media review, pastoral and professional references, and a criminal background check and drug screen (post-offer)

Full‑time seasonal commitment (40+ hours per week, including some Saturdays), from late September through mid‑January.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
