Back Bookkeeper Position Overview
Netlink Voice is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions for several of our subsidiary companies. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, and consistent financial processes across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple sets of books in a growing, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers for Netlink Voice’s subsidiary companies
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including deposits, expenses, and intercompany activity
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and collections support
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management review
- Assist with payroll coordination and ensure proper recording of payroll transactions
- Track and reconcile intercompany transactions between subsidiaries
- Ensure consistency in bookkeeping practices and chart of accounts across all entities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with audit preparation and provide documentation as needed
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably supporting multiple entities
- Strong understanding of general bookkeeping principles and accounting best practices
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, ADP, Net Suite, or similar platforms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, reconciliations, reporting)
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
