Experience:

- MS/BS degree from a reputed University with 1-3 year of experience in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Director in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Maintain and update files, databases, and documents for smooth retrieval and reporting.
Logistics & Event Management:
- Coordinate logistics and arrangements for events, meetings, and official visits.
- Ensure timely availability of required resources (venue, equipment, catering, etc.) for events.
Day-to-Day Coordination:
- Monitor and follow up on routine tasks, assignments, and deadlines across the team/department.
- Serve as a communication link between the Director’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
Office Operations:
- Support smooth functioning of daily office operations including supplies, maintenance, and facility management.
- Liaise with procurement, finance, HR, and other relevant departments for timely execution of operational tasks.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations as required by the Director.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of records for audits and reviews.
Other Duties:
- Perform any other task assigned by the Director to support departmental goals and priorities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality
