The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the Medical Director. Responsibilities include providing phone coverage, scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing correspondence, and maintaining files. The Administrative Assistant will also act as a liaison between the Medical Director and Providers.
Job-Specific Requirements- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have at least one year of office administrative experience.
- Above average PC skills required to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook in Microsoft Office.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Must possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
