** Data Entry Clerk The Data Entry clerk is responsible for assisting with inputting customers’ data.
*
* ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

*** Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database.
* File, sort, and prepare documents for imaging, and copying.
* Perform other tasks specific to a branch office
* Answer emails and process faxes.
* Upload sales and other documents to the branches.
* Prepare mail for the dealers and branches.
*
* REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to focus and multitask.
* Able to concentrate and focus.
* They must stay focused on their task while working with limited distractions from other things.
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
*** Stand, walk and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day
* Talk and/or hear, both in person and by telephone
* Lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs.

* WORKING CONDITIONS:

*** Work primarily in an office setting

* WORK SCHEDULE:

*** Days of the week:
Monday-Saturday
