Upchurch is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, and retrofits. The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to read drawings and specs.
You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to develop budgets, bids, and proposals, while maintaining cost databases and bid templates. Familiarity with BIM/VDC is a plus.
